Placing an order:

Placing an order is simple, just add the items wanted to the shoppingcart.
After you finished your order you can check out and follow the step by step
instruction from the program. After finishing your order the program will
generate an invoice wich you can print, sign and fax to us.
We need the order send to us by telefax but you can also sign the order,
scan it and send to us by email.

After sending your order you will get a confirmation within 8 hours.
We will give you all possible info about your order and will tell you
everything about productiontime, cheapest way of shipping, possibilty to
make a combination order when possible.
Also we will confirm prices a.s.a.p. because prices will change all the time,
You can be sure of the fact that 80% of the prices is correct but some can
change due to many reasons. example is the raise of the bronze price,
this price is going up and down for years now.
For example it is possible for Thailand to put all your items in 1 container,
we will use an inland agent to forward all your products to Central Bangkok
or Chiangmai and pack the container in one place when everything is
complete. This will save you a lot in shippingcoasts.

After sending your order we will always send you a sheet with pictures
of all ordered products for your reference.

Prices are allways FOB*, unless mentioned otherwise, this means we will
pay for packing, transport, documents and shipping your container onboard
of the vessel in the country of origin. All other coasts will be payed by you.
We can give you an estimate price for seatransport and will help you to
find the cheapest shipping company. *Free On Board

We have contracts with some international shippinglines and airlines and
this will save you a lot of money !
From Thailand for example we can send Aircargo for less than US$ 3.50 per kilo. you can always let us quote prices for shipping.
